Can I purchase in person?
Our design studio, located at 711 Porter Road in Nashville, has open hours. Studio appointments are available.
Monday: 10 - 4 pm
Tuesday: 10 - 4 pm
Wednesday: 10 am - 4 pm
Thursday: 10 am - 4 pm
Friday: 10 am - 4 pm

How are materials sourced?
Carefully selected tanneries are partnered with to create all LILYAN J&MES pieces. Because our studio is located within the United States, primarily working with domestic suppliers reduces our environmental impact including shipping and transportation costs.
How will the cognac leather wear?
The cognac leather is a veg tanned leather, which means plant-based materials are used to dye the leather. Each piece will age differently and have a unique patina.
How should I care for the leather?
All pieces are ready for wear and do not require application of additional leather care products.
How are purchases packaged?
Each accessory is shipped in materials made from recycled fibers and our packaging is 100% recyclable. No plastic products are used.
What forms of payment are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted. Orders taken through LilyanJames.com will be processed immediately. Select custom and wholesale orders are available by invoice.
What are the shipping options?
Shipments are sent using USPS Ground and arrive within 3-5 business days. The majority of our pieces ship upon order, unless otherwise noted on product pages.
UPS Worldwide Expedited service is available for international customers with delivery in 2-5 business days. International shipping rates vary by country and range from approximately $35 to $65 USD.
Rush and express orders are available for an additional charge. Personal courier service is an option for Nashville clients, as well as guests staying in the area. Orders may be picked up at our design studio for free.
Can I purchase a gift?
Please email email@example.com and we will work with you to create a gift. Digital gift cards are available.
How do I process a return?
Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost and international duty. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to begin.
